on may 17th for fitness we did the pond relays. it was my first time doing the fitness and i thought i would do it very well. we had to run around the whole pond to receive a ticket. it looked easy but while i was sprinting around the pond i realized how hard it really was. i had harman and sherleen on my team and all together we got 14 tickets. for me, the first lap i did was horrible. i ran the hole thing and felt sick after. but as i did more laps, i started recovering a little faster after each lap. im honestly proud of my self for doing this fitness because i did try my best to keep running. i think what made the diffrence was that i was with new people, not the normal person i do gym with. i learned from this fitness that i need to work on working hard then resting for a little while, instead of doing paces. i didnt like the fitness while i was doing it but after im happy i did it and now know what it is that i have to work on.
