every night my mom and i pick something healthy to eat for dinner and we always have a fruit to eat with it. yesterday my mum and i went shopping and bought fruits like watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe and pineapple. for dinner today my sister and i made home made chicken wraps for dinner with lettuce. i asked my mom in the middle of grade 8 if we could start eating better because i want to get more fit and our regular shopping consisted of little fruit and more chips and pop. now i rarely have pop because i no longer like it and have chips when i'm out with friends. i'm really happy my mom helped me change my diet and because of her i am getting more fit. (:
