reflection on fittness

on friday for fittness we did the hill run by the town hall. we did 24 sets an to be honest i hated every minute of it. but after we finished i felt so good. when we were done i was at 46 beats then after we had a bit to recovery i dropped down to 32 beats. im really roud of myslf because i missed only one because i felt sick. i walked a couple but ran the rest.

Gym blog, grade sem 2

So far this PE year I have shown that im willing to participate by always bring my gym strip and trying to do my best. The days my best effort is shown is when we do net sports like basmoniton and when when we did the 30 on 30 off workout and the I minute on off run around the pond. i try harder while doin thosse because i feel alot more comfortable doing them. What I struggle with is when we do runs. i try when we do runs but running is not nessisarilly someone I'm good at. i feel i have a good addituede durring class. i bring a good additude because i want to try my best in PE class because my goal is to loss weight and so far i have been trying more then last semester and feel that i have advanced with my goal. i talk with other students durring team games i am kind and play fair. I don't really talk to to very many people, but still I have been trying more to encourage others . Durring the fitness days i can say i try my harder each time now. i sometimes need a push from my friends or I give them a push here and there  to try harder. i am not confortable doing some activities but that is just me being scared. Lately I feel less scared and do try my best..i do push myself physically to try harder.the fitness i enjoy the most is the pond run 1 min on 1 min off and 30 sec work outs.i enjoy it because i find it hard to go for a very long time but im fine when i have breaks. Lately i have been able to go witg less breaks. my fitness goal for the rest of the year is to try harder and not need that extra push anymore. to me leadership encouraging others. the best leader for me would be my friend, she always pushes me to try harder to succed and encourages me when I need it. the improvement i want to make by the end of the year is to be more fit, be able to go for a run and not get so tired that i give up. so far i am most proud of the fact that i have not given up, I have gotten alot better at running and that is just from practicing at home. i still come to gym with a positive additude and try hard. i think this semester i deserve an A. I think I deserve this because I have succeeded in getting better at running and going for longer times. For the rest of the year, my goal is to be able to be even more fit and become fit enough to be even more engaged in diffrent activities we are going to start doing.                                    here are some pictures my cousin raj and i took as we rock climbed :)
