PE grade
This PE year I have shown that i am prepared and willing to participate is that i always bring my gym strip and try to the best of my ability . The days i participate my best efforts is when we do net sports or when we did the 30 on 30 off workout. i tried harder while doin thosse because i am more comfortable doing them. the days i struggle is when we do runs. i try when we do runs but running is not nessisarilly something that i am good at or enjoy. i feel i have contributed to the overall success of the class by having a good addituede durring class. i bring a good additude because i want to try my best in PE class because my goal is to loss weight. i interact with other students nicley, durring team games i am kind and play fair.durring fitness days i honestly cant say i try my hardest every day.i sometimes need a push from my friends to try harder because i am not really confortable doing some activites.i do push myself physically to try harder.they fitness i enjoy the most are 30 second o 30 second off work outs.i enjoy it because i am unable to go for a very long time but im fine when i have breaks. my fitness goal for the rest of the year is to try harder and not need that extra push anymore. to me leadership is trying hard and encouraging others. the best leader for me would be my friend, she always pushes me to try harder and encourages me. the improvement i want to make by the end of the year is to be more fit, be able to go for a run and not get so tired that i give up. so far i am most proud of the fact that i have not given up, i still come to gym with a positive additude and try hard. i think this semester i deserve a B. i dont think or feel i have tried hard enough to get an A yet.

Simar you nailed it. Thanks for the great post. I encourage you to keep exploring the feelings of effort and what seems like your maximum exertion. What you think your body can do and what it can actually do are probably two different things. They are for all of us. The harder we work the more we realize just how much our body can do... and our body actually learns to do more so we have to raise the bar again. I have seen your willingness to go a little harder on fitness... keep that feeling and really go for it. :)
